ATV TRAIL WEAR CLOTHING

There are two Brands that design only for ATV. These are
Moose Racing which focuses on ATV Trail riders and FOUR which
designs for ATV racers. A few make the occasional ATV Trail
jacket. From there on we are on our own.

Some Internet ATV retailers ignore the need for ATV trail wear
focusing only on ATV racing. Then they compound this mistake by
simply throwing at you all the dirt bike motorcycle jerseys, boots and
helmets they can find.

BigfootATV takes the view that ATV riders do not necessarily share
the culture or the likes of motorcycle riders. ATVs are used in
a wider range of applications, weather and terrain than off road bikes.
We find ATVs on the beach, in wilderness areas, in arid canyons and in
survival trainig. We find UTVs and ATVs on the farm, in the snow and
used by fishermen.

When we look at ATV trail wear the closest match is with motorcycle
enduro clothing. But on the farm and in the snow there are matches
with snowmobile apparel. Snowmobile clothing does not come with
protective armor as does motorcycle apparel. But most motorcycle
wear allows you to remove the armor.

So there are lots of choices. BigfootATV believes that less is more.
Before we will list a product that is not specifically made for ATV or UTV
we will examine it and evaluate its design and features to see if it
meets the needs of ATV riders. We will present only those items that
pass our selection criteria. Four wheels are different from two. Four
wheels are different from (snowmobile) tracks.
